590W Solar Panels for Wholesale and Commercial Projects
590W solar panels are high power solar modules built for commercial, utility-scale solar farms, and industrial use. A 590W module delivers more power per square meter, so you install fewer panels and cut mounting, cabling, and labor cost per kilowatt. PP supplies Tier 1 590W solar panels from Longi, JA Solar, Tongwei, Risen, Canadian Solar, and Astronergy, etc, with module efficiency from 20.8% to 23.03%. Every module is IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 certified with a 25–30 year performance warranty. Order one pallet of modules to test your market, we are always here to support you.

FAQ
PP supplies 590W solar modules for commercial and industrial use, including our own N-type TOPCon 585-600W 144-half-cell series and Tier 1 brands such as Longi, Risen, Trina and JA. When buying, check the cell technology, certifications, flash-test tolerance and the supplier’s stock location. PP stocks panels in China and Europe with a standard lead time of 7-10 days. Always request the datasheet and a recent flash-test report before ordering.
590W panel pricing depends on cell type, brand and order volume, and it moves with the market. Utility-scale volumes get the lowest cost per watt, while single-pallet orders pay slightly more.
590W modules are large-format panels covering about 2.6 square meters each, designed mainly for commercial and industrial rooftops. They can be used on residential roofs with enough open area, but their size and weight make handling harder on small or segmented roofs, where 440-460W panels are often easier to work with. For C&I projects, 590W panels reduce the number of modules, mounting points and labor cost per watt.
Match the inverter’s MPPT voltage window to your string design first: 590W N-type panels run high current, so parallel strings must stay within the inverter’s input limits. Size the battery bank to the daily load, not to the panel count. Use DC breakers and fuses rated for the string current and keep cable runs short.
In the 585-600W class, we supply Longi LR7-72HGD series modules, Risen double-glass bifacial panels, and our own N-type TOPCon 585-600W 144-half-cell panels. These brands hold Tier 1 status and are certified to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730, with TUV reports available on request.
Bifacial 590W panels generate power from both sides: the front delivers the rated wattage and the rear adds yield from light reflected off the ground. The gain depends on albedo – bright surfaces such as white gravel or a light-colored roof can add roughly 5-15%, while dark surfaces add less. For best results, mount them with clear rear-side airflow and elevated structures. Our Risen double-glass bifacial model in this class is a typical example.
The main differences are physical size and cost per watt. 590W modules use 182 mm N-type cells in a 144-half-cell layout, so each panel covers about 2.6 square meters – larger than 450-550W residential panels. Fewer panels are needed per kilowatt, which cuts mounting hardware and installation labor.
Most 590W panels in our range are N-type TOPCon modules with efficiency around 22-23%; the exact figure varies by model, so confirm it on the datasheet. N-type cells degrade more slowly than older PERC designs: typically under 1% in the first year and about 87-89% output retained in year 30 per manufacturer warranty terms. When comparing panels, look at efficiency and the degradation curve together rather than wattage alone.
