We have done the following specific safety measures:
1. Battery material selection and consistency control
HBOWA produces energy storage batteries, are selected lithium iron phosphate battery materials, for each battery cabinet in the battery pack, to ensure their quality and consistency of technical parameters, to reduce the incidence of design defects and failure rates.
2. High-quality Battery Management System (BMS)
For each battery pack, the internal BMS system is equipped to monitor the voltage, current, temperature and status of the batteries to ensure that the batteries operate normally within the safety range, preventing short-circuiting inside and outside of the batteries and avoiding the risk of fire and explosion.
3. Cabinet level safety assurance
The whole 150kwh battery cabinet is made of fireproof shell and isolation material, and the interior is equipped with fire-fighting equipment and water-filled fire-fighting system to reduce the possibility of fire spreading.
4. Intelligent monitoring and remote management
HBOWA use the IoT technology, remote management, real-time monitoring of the operation of the energy storage system, timely detection of abnormal problems, the use of big data to analyze the operation of the energy storage system, prediction and prevention of potential problems.
