How Long Can a 241kWh Battery Last?

The 241 kWh battery commonly lasts for about 1 to 5 hours. The detailed runtime depends on the DOD of the battery, inverter efficiency, ambient temperature, and reserved SOC settings. We can use the formula below to get the usable energy of the battery: Usable Energy = Battery Capacity × Depth of Discharge. So a 241 kWh battery will be about 217kwh usable energy. (241×0.9 = 217 kWh).

Multiple 241kWh battery storage cabinets can be connected in parallel to increase total system capacity. For example, if you choose deye 125kw hybrid solar inverter with the 241kwh battery, then it supports up to 10 units connected in parallel to around 1.25MW/2.41MWh. If you choose the Solis 125KW hybrid inverter, then the whole 125KW 241kWh cabinet can be normally connected in parallel up to 6 units to around 750KW/1446kWh capacity. So the exact number depends on the hybrid inverter configuration, as well as EMS control logic, site load demand, and so on.
